The Hoe Tonga Special General Meeting will be held tonight so all regional affiliated clubs can vote on the acceptance of our updated constitution which has been amended to meet the new requirements of the Incorporated Societies Act 2022. As you will be aware, this comes into effect on April 5 of this year.

A quorum is needed in order for the SGM to go ahead, so we kindly ask that each club has a representative present. Further details including a hui agenda, zoom link and copy of the updated constitution has been circulated via email to all regional affiliated clubs.
